Employment Details:

  • Location: Davao, Philippines
  • Employment Type: Fulltime (In-office)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via email and chat sessions with users
  • Escalate unsolvable issues to the appropriate teams
  • File Bug Reports and New Feature Requests
  • Create knowledgebase articles and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) based on resolved trouble-shooting tasks
  • Test new features and bug fixes
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in doing software development quality assurance
  • Excellent written or verbal communication skills including an ability to present information clearly and concisely
  • Knowledgeable of bug testing software (manual/automated) and/or relevant software computer applications
  • Experienced in providing excellent customer service
