Appen is seeking resumes of native Rohingya speakers with academic background in linguistics.
The successful candidate will assist in the creation of the Rohingya database which consists of phonetic transcription of words spelled in Rohingya. The phonetic transcription is in SAMPA.
Most of the linguist's time will be spent on reviewing phonetic transcriptions written in Rohingya. The linguist will also be asked to help with creating phonetic transcription guidelines for Rohingya. Orientation in Appen processes will be provided.

Expected number of hours is at least 15 per week.
