    岗位职责: 

    • 全面负责20人左右的数据转写标注团队的生产交付和绩效管理
    • 分析项目需求,制定并落实工作计划的制定和完成,解决项目中出现的问题
    • 制定并落实项目质量管理的方案,确保团队成员的生产质量达标
    • 制定项目生产效率指标,落实激励机制,带领团队达到效率标准
    • 建立落实人员培训体系,确保新人能尽快上岗,新项目能尽快上手
    • 积极有效地与客户沟通,确保对客户需求理解准确,交付时间和质量符合客户要求
    • 管理协调员工考勤,场地设备,新员工招聘等工作

     

    岗位要求:

    • 本科或以上学历,专业不限,大学英语四级以上
    • 3年以上工作经验,1年以上团队管理经验
    • 有较强的独立工作能力和解决问题的能力
    • 熟悉常用办公软件
    • 思维条理清楚,做事踏实,注重细节
    • 有数据标注、数据录入等BPO领域工作经验优先

     

    Project details:

    • Location: 无锡 (in-office)
    • Work Hours: 40 hours/ week
    • 位月薪:6000-8000元/ 月

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for delivery and performance management of a speech data transcription team of 20 members
    • Analyze project requirements, formulate, and implement delivery plan, solve problems encountered in project execution
    • Develop and implement project quality management plan, ensure production quality of team members
    • Formulate project production efficiency standards, implement incentive mechanism, and lead the team to achieve efficiency expectations
    • Establish and implement staff training system, ensure quick ramp up of new members, ensure quick execution of new projects
    • Proactively and effectively communicate with clients to ensure accurate understanding of client needs, delivery timelines and quality standards
    • Manage administrative tasks such as employee attendance records, facility and equipment, new staff recruitment, etc.

    Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above
    • English level CET-4 or above
    • 3 years working experience, 1-year experience in team management
    • BPO experience such as data labelling, data entry are preferred
    • Able to work independently, strong problem-solving skills
    • Critical thinking, hardworking, attention to detail
    • Familiar with common office software
    • Must be currently residing in Wuxi, China
