    We are looking for bilingual Somali/English translators for an upcoming project.


    Location: On-line


    The Project:



    Participants will be translating Somali contents to English. Some portions of the project will require proofreading only.  Samples will be provided to qualified candidates. 



    • Somali and English native or near-native level speaker
    • Confident with US spelling conventions
    • Very good grammar and spelling skills in target language
    • Reliable Internet connection

    Qualified candidates will be asked to complete a couple of tests.


    Preferred Skills:


    Professional translation experience and/or degree in translation or linguistics (or related field).
