Position Summary

Can be assigned to different projects needing Training.



  • Identify Training and Needs Analysis specific to the business
  • Develops Effective Training Programs in developing skills needed as well as supplemental training on English proficiency
  • Plans Resources needed as new hire classess come in ( fresh new hires and internal transfers) in relation to Training Timelines and skillsets required
  • Prepares Training reports and tracking of progression of trainees
  • Supervises output of Training and presents accordingly with Action plans to mitigate learning curve gaps
  • Able to create Training Plan with suggested glidepath on agreed metrics with tollgates
  • Helps and supports other business in solving any training related matters
  • Able to manage costs in relation to Trainings being conducted
  • Demonstrated working with Remote teams
  • Expertise in planning, implementing and assessing Training
  • Creation of Certification Process post training


 Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Has background and actual experience on Communications Training and Product specific training
  • Solid experience in Training and Development in a call center industry
  • Results Driven, Process Oriented and can make strategic decisions if necessary
  • Excellent communication skills and able to liase with stakeholders and clients
  • Willing to work on shiftings


 Qualifications and Experience

  • College Diploma
  • Call center Trainer for at least 2 years
