Position Summary

 

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Lead with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. The Sales Enablement Lead is responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of Appen. They ensure that a company has a workforce that can meet its current and future business objectives and deliver quality products and services that meet customer needs. By developing skills and helping individuals reach their potential, the Sales Trainer will help to build employee satisfaction, making it easier for companies to attract and retain a quality workforce.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design programs using techniques such as classroom learning, demonstrations, one-on-one training, or online learning.
  • Schedule training sessions to minimize disruption to normal working, while ensuring that employees achieve the levels of skill necessary for their jobs.
  • Willing to learn new systems in a fast-paced environment (Lectora, Camtasia, Cornerstone)
  • Evaluate the outcomes of training sessions and achievements.
  • Monitor training costs against budgets and ensure they make the most efficient use of company resources.
  • Track and compile collected data
  • Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
  • Communicate training needs and online resources
  • Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
  • Test and review created materials
  • Maintain a database of all training materials
  • Instruct employee training and onboarding
  • Conduct training through new materials
  • Review employee performance and learning

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform
  • Ideally, experience working in SAAS, product-led sales, or technology sales

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in training
  • Experience working with GTM teams
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design and online courseware is desirable
