Overview

Senior Recruitment Manager

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • This is a high impact position that will be responsible for providing recruitment, strategic sourcing and tactical direction of Appen's recruiting processes and teams
  • Will works across Crowd recruiting with particular focus on operational process transformation, recruitment program implementation, continuous improvement and transformational services.
  • Oversees and leads the strategic planning, development, implementation, organization, and control of end to end recruiting
  • This leader should drive for the efficient and expedient fulfillment of projects as derived from capacity needs of the company.
  • Will also assist the Recruitment Director in the planning and implementation of innovative and strategic initiatives.
  • This resource will have the opportunity to design and lead the implementation of relevant programs and process changes and will work across recruiting with particular focus on operational process transformation, customer program implementation, continuous improvement
  • Oversees and leads the strategic planning, development, implementation, organization, and control of all facets of crowd recruiting
  • This leader should drive for the efficient and expedient fulfillment of projects as derived from capacity needs of the company.
  • Will also assist the offshore Recruitment Director in the planning and implementation of innovative and strategic initiatives.
  • Manages the department’s expense budgets, evaluate needs, conduct cost and productivity analyses and determine technology priorities to effectively and efficiently support overall transformation objectives.
  • Develops strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and drive the business in a collaborative manner and working closely with the recruitment process owners as well as functional teams outside recruitment.
  • Daily operational and performance management of team
  • Creative strategies of sourcing and recruitment processes
  • Accountable for the planning and successful delivery of complex recruitment projects with significant business impact.

 

 

 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in various recruitment strategies, sourcing approaches and knowledge of recruitment principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Strong experience in sourcing methodologies and market research
  • Experience in training and upskilling recruiters and supervisors
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Presentation and Training skills

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 3 years experience in a managerial capacity;
  • 4 to 5 year experience in the Shared Services/RPO/ IT industry.
  • At least 2nd year college level
  • Certification in other languages a plus
