Overview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS

  • Coordinates and process scheduling of interested participants for the project
  • Initiates calls and in charge with communication and scheduling of participants
  • Assesses suitability of participants for the project
  • Overseeing and managing participant information

Required Skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills (ideally customer service background)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant demeanor
  • Comfortable in using mobile applications
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Attention to detail
  • Punctual
  • Tolerance for repetitive tasks

PREFERRED but NOT REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual preferred (Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazilian), Russian, and Spanish)

 

 

Soft Skills / Personality Traits Necessary to be effective within the team:

  • Familiar with Excel and MS Office applications including iOS and Windows devices
