Global Deal Desk Analyst

 

 

 

Position Summary

 

We are seeking a proven motivated intelligent hard working individual contributor, with experience accurately implementing processes while quickly and concisely explaining those to others. This Sales Operations role will support the global Sales organization by assessing and assigning support tickets as well as completing tickets regarding customer forms/information requests.  The role will provide daily interaction with the Sales team.  We are seeking an individual with a strong analytical, decision making, and communications skills, along with the ability to quickly process and act on information.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Follow established processes to ensure the smooth flow of internal requests from Sales
  • Triage ticket requests and assign appropriately
  • Fill out customer forms and answer information requests accurately
  • Follow up with ticket assignees to ensure timely resolutions
  • Answer questions from Sales regarding the document review and approval process and where specific documents are in the process
  • Recommend process improvements to improve customer service

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Detailed oriented and analytical mind with a drive to seek the truth and drive what is right for the organization and company at large
  • Outstanding decision making and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with other internal teams to drive closure of support tickets
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution; master’s in business administration (MBA) or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of sales operations or Deal Desk experience in an enterprise sales environment
  • Strong business acumen. Prior sales, contracts management, or business consulting experience preferred.
  • Experience in sales operations, business planning, or sales support team is a strong plus.
  • Experience successfully working analytically rigorous corporate initiatives
  • Prior experience in the enterprise hardware space a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Masters’ degree preferred, project management certification a plus
