Overview

Position Summary

The Compliance Administrator – Data Protection is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all data protection regulatory and contractual obligations as well as applicable internal policies.
This includes, but is not limited, handling data privacy requests . The person in this role will be collaborating with multiple teams in legal, sales, project management, engineering, IT, but also work independently to complete time-sensitive tasks.
 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Data Privacy Analyst in the processing of data subject access requests (DSARs).
  • Ability to work quickly and manage high volume of tasks of low to moderate complexity.
  • Support related tasks as needed by the DPO Privacy/Commercial Counsel.

 

 Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Practical experience working with high volume customer service tasks.
  • An understanding of data privacy compliance principles is preferred.
    • Diligence; excellent skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks without decreasing work quality.
    • Ability to identify and prioritize urgent tasks, learn and improve steadily.
    • Strong desire to learn quickly and gain improved skills.

 

 Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of an associate degree required.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in a customer service setting.
