Mayan Travel Audio Onsite DC is an onsite data collection project wherein participants will engage in travel-related conversations in English, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazilian), Russian, and Spanish.



  • Coordinates and process registration of participants for the project.
  • Coordinates with other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensures orderliness and proper completion of study sessions of the participants.
  • Overseeing and managing participant information.

• Computer literate and able to pick up new tools and systems quickly and with accuracy
• Service orientated approach
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Commitment to quality (being able to follow quality management processes)



  • Good interpersonal skills (ideally customer service background)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant demeanor
  • Comfortable in using mobile applications
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Attention to detail
  • Punctual
  • Tolerance for repetitive tasks
  • Speak foreign language on any of the following: Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, Portuguese, Italian, German, French, Japanese, Russian
