PROJECT INFORMATION:

 

Mayan Kennedy DC is an onsite data collection project wherein Project Supervisors/Support will engage with gathering participants to type on a phone to assist with the mobile phone keyboard abilities.

 

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The Project Support is responsible for executing data collection projects using Appen’s data collection systems, software, and equipment. The Project Manager will instruct Project Support based on project-specific needs and supervise the data collection, such as maintaining trackers, overseeing participants in sessions, handling all equipment, and more.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Computer literate and able to pick up new tools and systems quickly and with accuracy
  • Service orientated approach
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Commitment to quality (being able to follow quality management processes)

 

SKILLS:

  • Experience with iOS devices
  • Good interpersonal skills (ideally customer service background)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant demeanour
  • Comfortable in using mobile applications
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Attention to detail
  • Punctual
  • Tolerance for repetitive tasks
  • Excel/Google Sheet (spreadsheets in general) knowledge
