Corporate Recruitment Specialist

Location : Hybrid

  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
  • Continuously partner with recruiting team and hiring managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcement

Qualifications and Experience:

  • College degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3-5+ years experience in Corporate Recruitment/Talent Acquisition with demonstrated success
  • Excellent English (both written and verbal communication skills)
  • Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending and negotiating offers
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems (Experience with ICIMS is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and workdays
  • Ability to work onsite at Cavite office when needed
  • Certification in other languages is a plus
  • Experience working in a global company is a plus
