Position Summary   The main responsibility of a Linguistic Project Manager is to manage projects for Appen’s clients. The Linguistic Project Manager applies their knowledge of linguistic phenomena, technical skill and attention to detail to manage projects to quality expectations, timelines, and budget. PROGRAM MANAGERPosition Summary The Program Manager role is a leadership position with active involvement in client and team management, process design and implementation, report and data management and strategic planning. Position Summary As a Platform Support Specialist, you will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to internal and external users of Appen’s Data Annotation Platform via live-chat, email, and phone. The PSS uses their advanced platform knowledge and experience troubleshooting issues to resolve customer requests and is the first line of defense for investigating and escalating issues to appropriate departments as needed.
