You will help make AI work in the real world and enable customers to launch machine learning initiatives at scale. You will lead the entire development life cycle across our data annotations suite of tools including product strategy, requirements development, roadmap management, client engagement, and collaborate with other stakeholders from the engineering, data science, marketing, sales, customer success and operations departments. High-quality data annotation is key for training any AI/ML model successfully. You will own strategy and delivery for a very high visibility product line. Our annotation tools are highly differentiated in the market and combine human intelligence at scale with cutting edge models to annotate all sorts of raw data, from text, to video, to audio. Associate Data Collection Specialist customises participant instructions based on project-specific needs, assigns tasks to participants, communicates with participants, monitors throughput, performs and manages quality assurance, schedules payments and supervises project-specific staff if required (e.g. recording supervisor, QA checker). At Appen, we value performance, honesty, humility, and grit.     Position Summary The Implementation Project Manager will be in charge of all projects going to Cavite on Implementation/Launch phase. The role oversees and executes activities in support of program deployment, assessments, and pilot projects.
