Position Summary The Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing reporting and analytical support across the Global Secure Operations to enable data-driven decision making; He/she will support project & operations group by creating custom-reports that require Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) related steps, and build user-friendly & scalable Power BI-based dashboards and other reporting formats, to drive more meaningful insights (underscoring accuracy & data integrity). The successful candidate will take part in an Indonesian transcription project. Key task is to listen to the in-tool recorded speech in comfortable secure office environment and to transcribe data in line with guidelines to be provided on online transcription platform.  Project Details: Hours required for the task: min. 25-35 hours per week Task duration in weeks: approx. 12-20 weeks with a potential to extend.   Detailed Task - Users will listen to several audio clips about 3-30 minutes long and are tasked to transcribe and annotate the entire audio as per standard guidelines and set writing conventions. The candidate will be working with a team of in-house transcribers ensuring productivity and quality targets are met. We are looking for an Arabic Linguist for a project that is currently in progress and is expected to continue through at least February 2021   The work requires an Arabic linguist (any dialect) to collate a list of “offensive” Arabic terms and then to review the existing Thesaurus for any word pairings that include those terms and to remove any potentially offensive word pairings. Some basic computational skills are required, but this aspect is well-supported by the project supervisors, so the main requirement is NS linguistics.
